    Beautiful pools, but limited dining

    The beautiful pools were a highlight. Evenings by the beach were lovely with fine views of the sunset.

    Unfortunately, we struggled with the dining options as reservations at the ala carte restaurants were scarce. It felt disappointing not to enjoy the facilities we hoped for.

    I highly recommend the hotel: comfort, wonderful staff, delicious, diversified food, sea is the best! Music program in the evening, animation in the afternoon. I highly recommend it!

    the location was stunning and wonderful on the beach and met what was needed. besides, it was short walk to the "a la carte" restaurants, the bars/cafes and the fish restaurant. the rooms were airy and had a delightful view over the sea.

    The sea view from the Twin Sea View room is fine. The pools are excellent, with sea water and water slides that are fantastic for families with kids.

    The hotel operates on a considerable scale, leading to long queues for meals and drinks during peak hours. There are recommended slots to manage this, yet it can still be inconvenient. The limited sunbed availability by the pool area before 10 AM requires a bit of strategy to secure a good spot.

    Great hotel, very polite and helpful staff, it was very nice. There's a great jogging path along the beach. The food is adequate, maybe there wasn't enough champagne in the morning.

    The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant is open 23h and hot meals are available even at night.

    The hotel is big, clean, like all giants, a little clumsy. The staff is responsive, ready to answer all the questions and come to the rescue. Food's fine, but without the chips.

    The hotel has a very nice location directly at the sea. Our room with sea view was very nice and well equipped. Overall, we found the stay in this large complex very comfortable and pleasant.

    Thought when we got there that it had everything that we we looking for.

    Was not told it was the end of season and many things closed before the end of our stay. Staff very abrupt and they made no mention of this until it was no longer available, eg: children's slide pool, water sports aavtivities etc .
